I am very dissapointent with the "NO" service we experienced today. We sent a driver from Cape Town to collect a vehicle. He got to your gates today, 26 February at 16h02 and was not allowed in, although your operating hours is 8 to 16h30. Please note that due to lock down he could only leave Cape Town at 4am. We confirmed the operating hours, and still no access were given. Our driver has to book 2 extra nights accomodation as he has to wait until Monday morning. Not good service at all.
