Great little charity shop! Well worth a visit. Some of the discs don't match the box, and the alphabetical order of the books has got a bit scrambled, so you have to take your time, but it's a pleasant place to spend a half hour and your money is going to help animals who need it.

If you love animals and support Animal-anti-cruelty, then you need to support The Bargain Box Charity Shop. Support them by donating your discarded clothing and household items or by visiting and purchasing odds and ends from the friendly ladies who volunteer their time here.

Lovely little shop with interesting finds, beautiful tea sets and bits and bobs for the kitchen. Lovely selection of clothes for both men and women and a wide selection of children's toys and books. They have a card machine as well which is awesome!

We were quite shocked by the customer service we received at The Bargain Box. We had only been in the shop for 2 minutes when another group wanted to come in (they had to wait as only a certain number of customers can be in the store). We felt incredibly rushed by the younger lady working there (16/01/2021) who, only after being in the store for 2 minutes, told the group outside "I'm so sorry, just waiting for them to leave". She kept standing near the door staring at us to leave and looked incredibly impatient. If you've ever been in a charity shop, you know that you need longer than 5 minutes in a shop as there is so much to see. We were also looking for certain items. From the get-go we felt incredibly unwelcome and it seemed as if the ladies working there did not know the price to many of the items in the store that were unmarked (little jars, drink trolleys, etc). They seemed quite irritated with our questions. We wish we could have longer than 5 minutes :(
