I always get great service here. Lots of trailers in reasonably good shape. well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big yard and ample space to drive in and out of. 5 out of 5.
Excellent range and excellent service from these guys. Good adherence to Covid regulations, very affordable and the staff are great and helpful. No issues with this place. Give them a try if you need a trailer.
Helpful friendly staff. Bit pricy.. But has the best variety in the business. One very big problem I have is that there is almost never trailers available for one way rentals.. Then don't advertise it if the service is very limited to non existing. Once this service is available I will change my review. But I have tried three of your outlets and "sorry, but there is no space on the other end". Then make a plan. Move the trailers yourself and make space please?
Outstanding service
Avoid this place at all costs!! I needed to deliver a car in Riversdal and bring another one back so hired a double cab from a car rental company and booked a double axel trailer from these guys last week with a firm reservation number. On a whim I thought I would go past today to confirm everything was in order for my firm four day reservation starting tomorrow only to be told that there isn't one for me. No phone, no mail, no notification of their stock problem, nothing!!! I now find myself sitting with a booking for a double cab and no trailer. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is astounding. As I said, AVOID!!!
Excellent service rendered by the friendly staff.
Tailor lights did not work, but personnel quickly rectified the problem. Tailor towed beautifully. No problems on the road or at the delivery point in Bloemfontein.
