The waiters were super friendly, the place is super nice, I like the decorations the place has. The food is nice too and not overpriced... Can't say the same about their alcohol, I don't drink but my friends were drinking and complaining about the prices on their alcohol.

This place is amazing! The food was great. Good and friendly service and the vibe is really great. If you're visiting the falls or any other area in the close to Graskop you need to visit this place.
Literally in the middle of nowhere, we had low expectations. In this Covid situation it was not surprising we were the only ones here. But Wow! They had almost the entire menu available. The fire was burning in the wood fired pizza oven so I ordered the pineapple and ham. My partner ordered the beef curry. Both were perfectly delicious. My thin crispy crust and generous toppings were equal to any I’ve had. The curry came in an iron pot with rice and a great salad. Spicy and filled with meat, veggies and a thick sauce! The homemade desert, malva padding, was impossibly good! Our waiter, Solly, was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

When we came at Gourmet shack and Garden shed restaurant we wouldn't have any idea how awesome this places is,the welcoming from the waiters and waitress was excellent and their food from starters to desert it's very very nice. I'm happy to say that we will visit again in November
We spent two nights in the accommodation across the street. We had booked breakfast and were allowed to have our breakfast in this great location. There we met Solly, who served us very friendly and made us a great breakfast. That's why we decided to eat there in the evening. And what should we say, it was unbelievable. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the restaurant from the bottom of our hearts. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back!
