I just came back from my sixth visit to TRC and I can't wait to return. There is always an immediate sense of calm from the moment you arrive in this welcoming space, and I love the yoga studio and the nature walks.

Wonderful retreat centre in nature, perfect for meditation or just relaxing and chilling drinking coffee on the stoep. Ideal for walking and swimming at the waterfall. Join a retreat or come as a casual visitor. Highly recommended
I attended a retreat this last weekend. The centre is designed well so it fits harmoniously into the surrounding nature. We were well taken care of and had a great weekend.

TRC is one of my favourite places to escape to. Hidden away in peaceful nature, it is refreshing for mind and body. At retreats and workshops we have grown spiritually and met wonderful kindred spirits. The beds are comfortable and the food delicious and nutritious. What more does one want?
