Very fast service, no website, no mention of it anywhere apart from in the local newspaper articles that talk about it opening in 2014. For drivers license, you have to got to the Brits office, this office does the other vehicle documents such as NW vehicle registrations and Tax Discs.

Some advice. They only accept cards. If you renew license disk take proof of residence and ID copy. Remember a pen, you will have to fill out a green form. I took a clipboard with me Be prepared to wait long. I was here Thursday 8 am. Got helped just over 3 hours later

One woman is particularly rude and unhelpful! A /-70 year old who was wearing a face shield was renewing his car licence and the woman made him go and fetch a cloth mask from his car. Albeit he was let through at the gate with the face shield on! The man ran back to his car, fell and came back dripping with blood shacking, heavy breathing and clearly in shock! No one assisted him and the woman continued to harass him regarding his renewal. He said he had been back 3 times!

Service was very slow. There was about 15 people infront of me and it took about 3 hours to get car licence.

Have been trying - unsuccessfully eto renwe my car license. Went to the hartbeespoort licence department and was told that 'they don't have face value'. What that means was that they have run out of paper on which to print the disk. The Brits office wouldn't even let me in, simply stating that theur computers are offline. This was the 5th time I tried. Why can't the NW's post office offer this service as in other Provinces?? NOT ACCEPTABLE
