We went to celebrate a special friend's birthday. Was most enjoyable, food was delicious. Treatments were good. Some areas are a bit run down but I think Lockdown affected them. Would definitely go again

It was an amazing day... The ladies are very accommodating, very friendly... They made us feel like we are home... All the treatments deserve a 5* it was amazing.... The service deserves a 5* The meals I'll give it a 2* wasn't so great....
The service is good. I love the place. Their food is not the best thought but the experience is fantastic. I would do it again
I honestly do not know what the fuss is about. This Spa has unprofessional staff, mediocre treatments and I personally feel that one is very unsafe there. There was no serene spa ambience as a result of club music pumping from the close by informal settlement, the therapists are loud and completely uninterested in creating a quiet environment for their clients to relax in. To add insult to injury, the driver of the bus, dropped us of in the middle of a gushing rainstorm...not in the parking garage or at our hotel just 50m away, no, just there in the open. We all had to run to the hotel, got there soaked to the bone. Proves the total disregard for their patrons. I will not recommend it to someone I deeply dislike.
I enjoyed my spa day very much. I just observed that all therapist would be waiting at the treatment areas and there were no signs to direct you where to go for a specific treatment which ended in a situation of people ordering having to take us there leaving what they would have to do. One declined in our absence and the manager took us herself which was rather unprofessional considering we were there. If half of the therapist could fetch a table while the other remains it would make the sequences easier especially since there are no signs showing which treatment is done where. If this is not clear enough, every person has a therapist. There are 8 therapists waiting so the 4 could remain while the other 4 are assigned to each table to collect the clients. That would be easier and run smoothly and for clients to arrive on time for their treatments. Other than that, this is the best spa by far and i would not substitute it for anything else. Extremely happy client
Very friendly staff, know what they are doing. Very considerate. The waiter was amazing, always Smiling,serving us with a beautiful meals and hot too. Top management, always making sure you get what you paid for every step of the way rather than addressing a problem when you are nor longer there.. Beautiful service. The only thing I can say to those who chooses to drive there. Please use a 4x4
