Pecanwood Boat Club is a private club open to members and residents, guests require an access control card provided by security after their host has verified their visit. The restaurant and bar is newly renovated and a popular social attraction. NEO ESTATES holds regular functions with clients at the boat club with cruises around the dam to highlight the estates in the area.
