I booked a white water rafting trip for me my husband an a few friends that was canceled by them due to Covid which is understandable but I was not refunded and I can't get through to the numbers provided online and I do not get a response back from emails sent.

Unfair to ask for a rating. There are no activities taking place
If you're feeling adventurous or just wanna do something out of your comfort zone and totally adventurous, or just wanna have fun, then this is the place. I gave them 4 stars for their friendly helpful staff, activities, presentation and their good client service.. I'm looking to visit again very soon
I really enjoyed mountain biking in the hills. I have always loved forrest rides with streams. Be aware that there are mostly uphills and downhills, so don't get too cocky and think 10km here is the same as a flatter ride in a different area. There was also some rutting in the roads which is to be expected. The downhills also entail watching out for sticks that can snag in your drivetrain and leaves that can be a bit slippery. Leave yourself enough time to enjoy the view, maybe swim and enjoy the ride. They have all manner of other activities too. The staff were helpful and friendly

Super awesome. Our guide Lucky was hands on, patient with explaining the activities to us and good with the kids too. Did zipline, it was one big adrenaline plunge, archery and the kid did canoeing. There are a lot of other activities too. The service at the reception was awesome too. There was good scenery and the bathrooms were also clean.
The activities are all great and fun. Be sure to bring enough cash, the place ain't cheap. River rafting is a must do. If quad biking is your thing, then you're in luck here.
