Just visited Healthy Hearing in Town Square. A friend did not have money to buy batteries for her hearing aid, so I wanted them to check both hearing aids and replace the batteries. They checked the hearing aids, replaced the batteries, gave an extra (6 batteries) packet of batteries AND did not charge. Thank you for your friendly, amazing and generous service.

Not being a youngster any more, my hearing has depreciated significantly over the years. I made use of a set of hearing aids to assist but was terribly disappointed as they kept breaking down and the expense of repairs got to the stage of "it's not worth it!". On a whim I visited Healthy Hearing, Constantia Kloof and the whole hearing aid experience changed! They confirmed the technicalities of my hearing loss and saw what needed to be done to correct it. Being unable to afford the outlay for a new hearing aid, they managed to procure a used model, which they overhauled and tuned to my ear - and then donated it to me - a hugely generous gesture! Since then, I have noticed that birds sing in my garden in the morning and my cars indicator ticks away merrily when I turn corners - this after many kilometers of driving being unaware of it. I can now watch the TV and hear what the actors are saying instead of the dull blurred noise of before. Ihat makes a huge difference to my TV watching! I am amazed that a single unit can enhance my hearing to such a extent! I am sincerely grateful to Healthy Hearing for literally changing the life of an old timer! Conversation is so much easier and I hear things I have never heard before. My family and friends are delighted that my response to them is no longer "say again!" Bless all in Healthy Hearing!
