I have owned different Berninas: sewing, overlock and embroidery for more than 30 years. I purchased my machines from several Bernina Shops in different Provinces. I moved to Hermanus from Natal about three years ago. I cannot overemphasise the fantastic service I have received from Bernina Hermanus I have never experienced the same calibre of service from any other branch! The owner is enthusiastic. The cost of her classes are reasonable and her knowledge on different methods great. I purchased a new 770 and embroidery software this year. The teaching of my new software surpassed my expectations and I am repeating the classes, in order for me to have a better understanding. The second time around is at no cost!

Extremely disappointed with the poor service. Three and a half weeks to service and fit a new motor to a Bernina overlocker. No apology, Would not recommend. I had to put in one star before I could post !!! G.J.Dearn
