What a beautiful and magical space hOHM Yoga provided for us. I really enjoyed the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course that Simmi taught. She was patient, kind and made every part of the training thoroughly enjoyable - even all the challenging parts! This training was taught in such a beautiful and integrative way - incorporating all the basics of yoga but also deep diving into theory and teaching us how to incorporate all this into our own classes in the most holistic and wonderful way. I will definitely be back! Thank you hOHM yoga studio and thank you Simmi ️

Stunning retreat... And always a special treat. Simmy is an excellent instructor. Calm, conscientious, and sensitive to students age and stage. It's always a pleasure and uplifting experience.
I have been attending Simmis classes for many many years and always look forward to that "time out" of this mad world. She leads us not only to discover the wonder of what we can achieve through the physical twists and turns of these wondrous bodies that we've been gifted with, but also guides us to a spiritual reconnection with source. The Holm studio is a magical glass walled hexagon allowing the greens of subtropical trees and the antics of vervet monkeys to soothe the spirit of those that come to practise yoga in this magical space. Surely this experience of yoga must rate as one of the top in South Africa
5*'s for the Yoga studio. 3*'s for the Backpackers. Peaceful jungle setting, pool, jacuzzi, bar, kids facilities. 100% effort from staff, to make you feel welcome. We felt at home the moment we walked in. Canteen food was very good, with plenty variety.
