Buying my first brand new car was certainly not something I thought I would be able to achieve easily - but boy was I wrong! With the help of Jared, a new car salesman at Hyundai Hillcrest, I was able to take home my first brand new car. He was able to recommend an awesome deal to me based on their monthly specials and even assisted me with structuring my finance in a way that suited my personal budget for a car. He was very patient in explaining how everything worked on the deal as well as assisting me in anything needing to be done. Right down to recommendations on how my choice of car would aid in keeping my insurance premiums low and keep me on budget. I was able to trade in my old pre owned car, settle my finance at a profit and drive out with my brand new car in under a week. Now that's great service! I've had no post sales hassles, but Jared was great at keeping in touch and making sure all went smoothly thereafter. I would highly recommend you visit him at Hyundai Hillcrest. Very rare to find salesmen out there who truly care about customers.

Absolutely Disgusting after sales service from Hyundai and the Hyundai Hillcrest branch. Purchased a brand new Tuscon from them in June 2020. Not even 1 year old and we get a puncture in the middle of Kruger national park, firat time we open the wheel well only to find that we have not been supplied with the unique skeleton key for the locknut on the wheels. Can guarantee it was never in the cubby hole either as there is only a service book in there and I dont use it. Imagine if it was my wife all alone...or with my two small kids.....in a big 5 game reserve. Luckily friendly passers by help with a manual plug and we are able to get back to camp. When following up with Stuart Flack and his team at hillcrest the response we finally get is not even a return call, but rather the below sms... disgusting !!!
My husband and I went to Hyundai in Hillcrest to shop for a new car. We test drove 2 cars and then went inside to get a quote on one of them. After being sent from 1 persons desk to another persons office for them to give us a quote, which took ages, and then only to be told to go to another persons desk which we had to wait for over 20 mins while he was on the phone (standing in the middle of the floor by the way without being offered even a glass of water) only for them to tell us their best price was more than what the sales man told us it was to start with - 2 or 3 hours of my life wasted!

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I was arrested for 3 hours today after they sent me a fraudulent permit. When the Metro police spoke to them the used car sales manager tried to suggest that I altered the permit. My wife and kids were held in the offices crying while I was in the cells. This happened on our way to a holiday. Its 2 months I have been waiting for the registration of my H1. They ruined my holiday. Since they told the police they will call back.
