I haven't had direct dealings with Halfway Toyota (once upon a time Crossways Toyota), but I do believe they uphold a good standard of service and public relations, which ain't easy in these trying times.
I would like to commend Halfway Toyota Howick on the exceptional service my wife and I received when purchasing our new vehicle. Mr. Johnny Roselt was the sales executive assisting us and his friendly, professional manner made us feel valued as a customer. From test drive to collection of the vehicle, all members of the Halfway team were friendly, polite and efficient. Since test driving the vehicle, all documentation was processed and I took delivery of the "new wheels" in less than a week. The "goodie parcel" and full tank of fuel was unexpected and certainly a nice touch. Well done, Halfway Toyota Howick, on making my experience an excellent one!
