Pathetic service...after waiting for my package for weeks the driver comes to my house and says theres no one home. No attempt to contact me whatsoever. So now I have to run after them to get my parcel..Absolute rubbish.

since my package arrived in SA on the 6th of July and I have not received it. I have tracked it throughout the process although it takes forever to be updated the last update was on 27th August its says DEPARTED FROM LOCAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER. I can't believe its almost 3 months now. I have tried to call but no answer nor my emails are being responded. The service is very poor and I am highly disappointed

I sent a package to Paris, France, and due to unforeseen circumstances the package had to be returned. The package arrived in Johannesburg on 8 May. Since then, my package has not been delivered. When I phoned the first time, I was informed that export documents had to be sent (note, the documents had to be sent internally by DHL personnel, they didn't need anything from me). The second time I phoned, I was informed that there was confusion with my address. I gave them my address again, along with a Google maps screenshot and link to the location. DHL customer service phoned me and promised that the package would be delivered the next day. The package was not delivered. Upon inquiry, I was informed that they did not deliver the package because nobody was available to receive the package. This is a complete lie, as both my husband and I were home and they did not even try to call me once for delivery. Not once throughout the whole process did DHL contact me to let me know there were problems or did they try to resolve them. I am horrified by the service I am receiving from DHL. They do not deliver a world class service as they promise. The package contains a friend's wedding dress. DHL is leaving a bride without a wedding dress on her wedding day.
