Emailed a week in advance to organise SUP surfing and got zero response. Got to the shop and it was closed in the middle of peak tourist season. The forwarding number on shop door resulted in someone speaking Afrikkans who hung up on me. These guys have zero interest in providing any service to customers. They could not organize to get drunk in a brewery...
Wanted to paddle board but we had to leave Jeffreys Bay at 10am. Employee said we could go at 8am. We showed up at 740 and waited till 805 and he never arrived. We were looking forward to it, but he didnt show as promised.
