Absolutely great experience. Arrived very early for my appointment and everyone was so apologetic that the courtesy car was not ready... Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally.. My thanks to Werner for all his assistance in getting my Van sorted out including delivering the Van on completion I will definitely use their workshop services again for the servicing of my VW Transporter T6.

Good service on my car (although they plugged out my dash-cam when I took my car in, which is a no-no... if you aren't doing anything funny, then you shouldn't care about being recorded. I have the dash-cam for a reason!). Anyway... the cars on the floor are clean and the spec-sheets next to each car is good, although it doesn't show important specs like 0-100 time or mileage or horsepower. They have free wi-fi, although it's incredibly slow (100kb/s) and also they don't serve coffee or even offer water or have a pitcher of water on the table... I've been to the Audi dealer in P.E. and they have a coffee-bar with an attendant that makes your cappuccino / coffee / latte with the Audi logo on-top of the drink... I mean, going from THAT kind of service, to having NOTHING to offer the customer at this VW branch is pretty dismal as far as 'going the extra mile' goes. I'm sure that people who aren't used to excellent service would rate this branch a 5, but I simply am accustomed to a better experience while waiting for my car tbh.

I had the best experience with them this past December. The side wall on my one tire got slashed by a rock on a gravel road and I needed to replace the tire as I still had to drive all the way to Gauteng within the next few days. I phoned all the tire places around J-bay, Humansdorp, PE etc. in search of a 285/40/R21 Bridgestone Alenza, with no success. I phoned Volkswagen and they said that there's only one such tire available in the whole of SA, but I should go to them and fill out a form and they'll try to get it for me. It may take up to 5 working days to courier if they manage to get the tire for me, I filled in the form and went home. It wasn't an hour after I arrived at home that they phoned me and said they managed to get a tire for me through a Bridgestone's rep around J-bay, but it's a used tire and I can have it for FREE!!!! The treat on the tire are better than the tires I have on the car, the tire is basically brand new. I cant believe that there's still people that actually goes out of their way to help others even when it's for mahala. Once again thanks to the rep from Bridgestone (he was on leave at the time, but still helped me out) and Dirk Ellis Volkswagen you are the best!!!
