We bought two brooms which were defective and tried to return them a day later. The manager David Ncube was very rude and said that he didn't have to follow South African law. He kept shouting and insulting me. The cashier was talking in Zulu and said that if this woman is beaten than she will come right. When I said that I would take the matter to the consumer protection council David said he didn't care as he was not the owner and the owner would be held liable. I would never buy here or trust them to honour the laws of South Africa.
