The employees of ABC certainly make you feel at home. I have never seen such love and unity amongst employees customers as much as I have seen at ABC. They just need to improve their performance whenever attending to client's but besides that,excellent customer service.

Emailed the sales team on 24 March 2021 for information, haven't had a response to date, phone lines never get answered. Very poor first experience for me.
I purchased a DSG gearbox for Audi a3 last month it gave me bangs on low gears i told the parts salesman after that he called big boss. I was simply told bring the car as it is within 48Hrs without paying anything car was driving without any gear change problem. I am pleased their service is excellent.

Considering my little knowledge about cars and parts - I was assisted by a friendly gentleman called Papi,he was happy to come out and see what parts was needed and assisted. Even after the parts were purchased he followed up and made sure that everything was fit for my car! Because of the amazing service received- i wouldn't think twice about referring or doing business in future!
