Active Glass were amazing with my house. It was a new project, we installed double glazing windows and stacking doors (charcoal colour). Gavin made sure that all quality control wasn't met before delivering (he turned back a pane which had scratches). They also met my specific needs to place timber (which i sourced) inside the front door instead of having glass. I was highly specific in my requests, and Active Glass were willing to meet them. Handles (which I provided) were all installed, before I moved in. Thanks!

I was attended by a lady with red hair, regret not getting her name! How refreshing was her attitude and willingness to help; a very competitive price, correctly supplied and at the time promised; well done in my book. Wish more service providers out there would take a leaf out of your portfolio, the world would be a happier place.
I honestly don't know how these people manage to do business. The person who answered the phone and dealt with all my queries was completely unable to understand simple questions and answer them. She then sent the wrong quote to me so that I had the wrong amount approved. Instead of learning from the experience she then threw a little temper tantrum. If this is the front line of service here they can't have any real business coming through their doors.
