I saw the bad reviews and gave these guys a shot anyway. Shane was pleasant on the phone and professional. He called the morning after to check my satisfaction. The fitment guys were really professional too. It was a difficult job, I was really specific where I wanted things fitted and they had to deal with firewalls in my ceiling making the job harder. I had two 9000btu units fitted, took them a whole day but the job is exactly as I wanted it.

Bad Bad service!!! I recommend these "Aircon Boys" to NO ONE!!! Very rude over the phone and hardly met in person??? you tell me what is worse and I deeply hope whoever was over the phone with me would come across this and read it! and fire up career on a downhill cart with nothing but explosive. Don't get service from these people, don't. I didn't know that being kind would be so rude. NB: had to add a star to be able to hit "Post" (Honestly, Zero stars my people, zero).
