You are given a lot of medication without much explanation. There isn’t much attention driven to the sensitivity of each patient. Your are not given à choice regarding which treatment you would like to follow or not to follow. As a result it felt that I wasn’t in charge of my own body, I was not empowered. This is a personal experience and we are all different but I felt it was important to share it.

They are HORRIBLE. every time you call to talk to the sisters they are apparently always busy on a call. Then they take your details and never call you back. This has been going on for many weeks now and I'm still unable to get to the nurses. Their receptionists are also very rude, she just told me that's none of her business that i can't get through and hung up on me. I wouldn't advice anyone to use them, their service is horrible!

For me they are not paying proper attention to patients, they don't explain most things. They getting more patients and can't really give attention to all, couple of times my wife had to be unattended in time i had to and call for the sister and Dr

I was extremely impressed with the service received at Bio Art. Initially the wait is long but was worth it in the end. We conceived triplets on our first try of IVF. The doctors and nurses were amazing and knowledgeable. They gave us great advice, love and attention. Thank you Bio Art for our 3 beautiful healthy angels.

Doctor cassim helped to conceive my now 5 year old son,but doctor mohammed which am using now is not informative....and their receptionist is soooo horrible...not the white lady..the african one..shes so rude...
