This place gives me hope in our country. So efficient, organized, and neat. The staff in all departments are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, professional and efficient. It almost feels like a private institution and not government run. Over the last few months I have visited several different sectors here and every visit was a pleasant and quick one. There is still a few improvements that need to be made with regards to our muncipality but this place needs no improvements. I have no experience with their call center but this is my opinion on actual visits.

Not sure whether to use the nedbank bank details or go there directly to do my monthly payment, because it seems like I'm always owing according to this Siyakhoka system!!! seemingly paying way more than other owners in my complex. Sickening to dealing with municipal issues... I called and emailed Siyakhokha and went to Boksburg to seek clarity on my billing discrepencies but all avenues did not help resolve my billing despite submitting all historical payments. I've even made it a point to pay a month in advance but that did not help either...what must I do??? They are reaping me off

We've been without electricity for 3 days yet they busy telling us lies that they coming to fix it, I mean how can they expect us to live without electricity for 3 days. We haven't bath, the fridge is full of meat that's going off. Ekurhuleni doesn't care about people they must just go to hell

Been out of power for a week as their meter has error 30 on it, I can't load electricity. Went to log the call , instead of them fixing they closed it claiming am owing while they owing me. My statement states the amount clearly with a minus. During this covid 19 and winter electricity is a necessity but the don't see that. Service is very poor shame.
