It has been almost a month with no response on email. And nobody answers the phone. I am waiting for a refund of my order, the wedding is next week and a refund needs to be made ASAP!

The process to get a quote is appalling. You have to constantly follow up with them, almost to a point where you become a nag. I'm a graphic designer and supplied the artwork as specified, yet they keep sending me back pixelated artwork to approve. Their product is great once you receive the water - but the process to get to that point is honestly frustrating.
Loved the label they designed initially and then adjusted (without even needing to ask) to make it match the glass bottles. Also love the fact that we can order in glass for return and keep the planet happy.
THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST!!! NO SERVICE AT ALL, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
100% Happy with my finished product. Had great service from the word go and absolutely love the label design they made for me :) I'm a very happy customer and wiould recommend them to anyone!
Customer service is poor. Phones/emails are never answered. I cannot track my order and booked delivery date has passed. Not happy and won t be purchasing again. I've revised my rating as my order was delivered. However, communication is everything guys. Keep us posted if our orders will be late for any reason.
Made an order (LSPYLAUUF) 23 days ago. No delivery and no response from company. Phone line is not working, and no reply on mail. Does this business even exist?
Please respond to my emails or calls. I paid delivery fee and later came to collect by myself, why don't you want to refund me???
