Bad bad bad! I have had a very bad experience with the shop. I paid a deposit in February 2020 and to date the store is yet to install the product. No one communicate any update on progress. I emailed the sales person last week and to date he hasn't responded to my email.

Although we had a previous back experience with Calore Fourways listed on a previous review I have been incredibly impressed with the lengths they went to , to resolve this matter. Full marks for their outstanding reaction to my complaint. I am in the process of concluding further business with them as we speak.

I'm a slow shopper and a quick buyer. I think this may be a difficult thing for many sales people to understand. Kiefer from Calore wasn't disturbed by this at all! He was incredibly helpful from my first day in the showroom. Never once hounded me or got irritated. It was an absolute pleasure buying my first wood burning fireplace. From the experience I had and the care I received, it won't be my last purchase. Thank you Kiefer! :-)

I contacted the Fourways branch and a salesman visited my house. He seemed knowledgeable and said he would email a quote. One week later I called to ask where the quote was. I was told by the other salesman that he would investigate and get back to me. A week later I am still waiting
