I was introduced to C&N Diagnostics about two weeks ago to assess my erratic sleep patterns. From the start, the communication between myself and C&N has been clear and very accommodating. And when I met their clinical personnel the night I was admitted to hospital for my sleep study, I was helped in kind and friendly manner. I found that throughout my diagnosis and subsequent follow up procedure, everything was done in such a way to keep me calm, informed and positive about my stay in hospital. I am really grateful for the time an effort that was put in by C&N Diagnostics. Thank you so much for all you have done.

I work at C&N Diagnostics, My life has been changed since I agreed to be tested. So happens I have central Sleep Apnea. Rocking my Bi-pap, see picture.. thats how i feel when wearing it...
The service I got from C&N was outstanding there commitment to the patient is absolutely outstanding. Thank you to the staff member that assisted me she was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate me.
I have a very busy special needs son of 6 years old and i was told that he would need an EEG done. Knowing my son I knew we are going to have trouble getting this done. Our first attempt having this done with someone else did not go well at all and it left a bitter taste in my mouth,until I was told about C&N Diagnostics. What an amazing experience. I made an appointment and was really very nervous about it that it might not happen like our first attempt. Su-Mari who did the EEG called me regularly to make sure that everything is still on track and we have all we needed. She called me the morning the EEG took place and even welcomed us in the parking area with a big welcoming smile. He needed medication to sedate him and once she had the medication in her hands she felt unsure that it was the correct medication and left no stone unturned to make sure that it was right. To make a long story short.... Su-Mari drove to pick up the correct medication from another hospital, she did not need to but she did. She sat with him for 3/4 of the day that day calming him and us down till he fell asleep. She kept her promise, the EEG was done the Friday and the Tuesday after that I was called with the results. All I want to say is, I would not dream of supporting anyone else but C&N Diagnostics. They are highly professional, very friendly and they set your mind at ease just by the way they welcome you. I was sure my son will not have his test done, but they kept their promise. These kind of things are usually so clinical, but going to C&N Diagnostics was more like visiting some friends. You guys rock. Thanks for all you did for my son. Keep up the good work. I know i will be seeing you again soon.
