Service is very poor don't even think of doing business with Compeg. They don't pay bills to the service providers. We pay levy, eletricity and security services separate in the statement we pay every month but compeg is not paying water we were told we owe over R870 000.00 and the city of jhb switch off the water.

A zero-rating is the best way to describe the service I personally get from Compeg accounts offices every single month. The monthly accounts statements are never ever correct for some reason they never pick up the leave payment even when you send proof every single month. All it tells me is that they don't even open those POP emails. and yet they are so quick to charge you a collection fee for an amount that is paid. Shocking service

An absolute NIGHTMARE. They deserve a less than zero rating. They don't allocate payments and have no idea how to bill. If you are buying a property do not buy if it's managed by them, they are the worst ever a headache to say the least

Shocking service over the last year. Unallocated payments, incorrectly allocated payments. Have to continually babysit them. Non existent service, very slow response to emails if they respond. DO NOT USE THEM!

The service at Compeg is pathetic. They dnt even deserve this star if negative (or 0)star was an option i would have choosen it. Dnt respond to your emails, not professional at all. I wouldnt reccomment it for anyone. Stay away from Compeg... You will never get help here.

Would not recommend outsourcing them - I am an owner of a property in a complex which they unfortunately manage. After many 2nd chances, loads of emails and phone calls, I am always left in the dark. Do not get COMPEG to manage your property's

Minus rating if possible - completely inefficient, can't manage to pay bills on time - tenant in one of the complexes they so call attempt to "manage" efficiency at its worst and incompetence at its best
