I would not recommend their services to anyone. I terminated the mandate and requested to be refunded as I don't believe I should be paying for something they didn't do. I was given a run around for a week. I phone the company repeatedly and I would told that the lady who ought to attend to my cancelation is on the phone. I was given then same response more than 3 times on 3 different days. I was later advised I will not get a cent back from that R1998,40 I paid though they did not assist me. Prior to this after the money was debited in full I had to call them every day reminding them to call me. I would not get an update and a way forward on time as promised..when they finally called they gave me the same information I was preview to\u200d️ that time I was waiting to be cleared. I am greatly disappointed and want a refund. They can take their admin fees

I think you guys are entirely unprofessional. I was told that I'd get my legal pack within a week. It's approaching two weeks now. I was waiting for a consultant to call me back, but no one ever did. Whenever I call I hear ladies laughing out loud in the background. I'd appreciate it if you can refund me so we can path our ways.

I spoke to a consultant named sedanzi on the 12 November 2020 whom said she will call me on Monday to start the process her first excuse last week for not assisting was she went to hospital today she on leave.you guys are unprofessional and do not know customer service ethics. I'm not happy.
