Please DO NOT let these charlatans get you hooked with their empty promises! I am still waiting for my marks from an assessment I handed in February 2020!!! It was before Covid so they have no excuse! There is absolutely no after sales service, support, advice, guidance and the student portal where you are supposed to get all your "help" is an absolute joke! I'm stuck paying my company back for studies I can't complete as I have had absolutely no assistance whatsoever over the past two years from Damelin Correspondence. I've sent email after email & made numerous phone calls where NO ONE or NOTHING gets done! There is still a CREDIT on my account which they also won't give back! Absolutely the most useless learning institution in South Africa!
Fraudulent and a scam of a college they take advantage of desperate students who are from poor backgrounds its been 3 or 4 years if memory still serves me well registered with this college till this day i never got my study materials I've sent emails I've even went to their office in braamfontein to no help I've paid them a deposit and quickly stopped paying them realized that they are after money and not helping students ive never received my study materials from them but they are good with sending me messages that I owe them money i can't go to study now cause my mom doesn't trust me i say students who had experience similar situations we should meet and expose them because they are relaxed cause they know that they won't get exposed i have nothing to loss they denied me education is enough let's expose them
I paid a year in advance for my diploma in Business management, only to recieve email a few months later stating that I still owe them an outstanding amount. Even though I was able to present concrete evidence of their representative providing me with the information in writing e.g. the prices and requirements "just to add they were also extremely eager to collect my cash and sign me up" but I immediately experienced problems with the student portal and then obviously this outrages claim that I still owe them money. Now I cant even log into my account according to the portal they do not find my account. Maybe Carte blanche will be able assist? if anyone else are experiencing problems let's stand together so we can take on and destroy these corrupt companies. We can not just stand by and allow these "guys" to get away with this anymore and oppress those individuals who wants a better future for themselves and their children trough proper education. Its 2021 now things are going to change.
I did my short course In office administration last year June to September till today I'm still waiting for my certificate they dnt even communicate I wouldn't recommend any 1 to study at Damelin...
Very unprofessional. I contaced them for almost two months to cancel my courses with them due to financial issues but no ome bothered to reply or call me back. The only call I receive is them asking me to pay the money I don't have. When I first registered my student portal was missing a lot of information on the courses I applied and some information didn't go with the courses that I registered. Never ever try to study with this institution. Very terrible service. All they need is money. There's no after service once you register you are on you own. TERRIBLE!!!
this is the worst college ever they dont do follow ups on their students i applied for a diploma i didn't even write one exam and i even decided to reverse my debit orders but they dont care its even worse when you cancel they dont want to remove you on the system therefore they telling me i owe them money which im not going to pay because i did not even receive one certificate with them i want my name to be removed and my money back.
