Helga is amazing! My little beagle boy went in for his first full treatment and although he fussed, he was looking, smelling and feeling absolutely incredible. Very hands on and friendly owner - who anyone can see when they meet her, is a true animal lover. Prices are quite affordable I must add and is definitely worth regular visits. Thank you Helga and team, Snoopy and I love you guys!!!

This is definitely a one of a kind doggie parlour, which I thoroughly recommend! I have a little semi paralysed pekenese dog, whose like a real little old man and totally set in his ways! He's certainly not the easiest of little dogs to handle! They therefore allow me to accompany him inside, as they understand his situation. As i have actual access inside, ive seen for myself how the ladies behide the closed doors handle everyone's dogs! There is no mishandling, or mistreatments of anyone's pets! Kindness is the key word there and your pet is in the very best of hands. Each and every pet is beautifully clipped, shampood, nails clipped with cute little bows, that say it all.The pricing alone is so reasonable, especially in what they actually do! I feel they're definitely the best Dog parlour in Joburg South! Keep it up Doggie Parlour! You guys totally rock!

What an amazing place. Both Natalie and Helga just love animals and this is seen through my dogs reactions. When I take my dog (my son) there and before we can even walk into the store his running in himself with his tail wagging! My dog adores everyone in the shop and all the staff are super friendly. He comes back smelling and looking like a new dog every time, worth every cent. Would highly recommend this place not just for grooming but for a variety of services that they have to offer.

Very good doggie parlor.We have sent our rough collies to Doggie Palace for a few years and have very few mishaps, and the mishaps that did take place was addressed and rectified. The owner is very understanding and took full responsibility everytime. Our dogs return everytime groomed to perfection.
