I wish I could give them 0 stars. You call and hold on for long time eventually someone answers and puts the phone down. Then eventually when you get hold of someone after hours wasted they can't resolve the issue and say will get back to you, after which nothing happens. I send them emails to their personal emails as well as support and they never respond, what a waste of money and time and what a useless company

Support and emails do not exist. New quickbooks has cost my business money. I am furious. Had to get IT support out to sort my problem out and still not getting anywhere. Then their invoice says Tax not VAT they charge you VAT with no Vat number and they left my Vat no off after i have requested my VAT no to be on the invoice??? is this a professional company i doubt it. I have been working on Quickbooks from 2009 and the last year has been HEL!!!

Worst support ever. Phoned in at 11am lady could not help me and said she will phone back. Shut my business because we cant invoice. After 14h00 she hasn't phoned back. I thought ok I am busy loosing too much and tried phoning them again. After on hold for 45 min I was cut off with no help still. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND BUY QUICK BOOKS FROM THIS BUSINESS.

These guys can't get anything done. Seriously!!! I've been trying to get my account reconciled for about 3 weeks now. I filled a document that was sent to QB UK but still nothing is done to date! We are all working on our year end financials, we cannot expect to tell us that you were busy cause you were working on your financials. This has negatively affected me

I spent a fortune on Premier accountant 2020, with no back up support, I mean zero support. I have been trying for weeks with no avail. Never answer their phones. If there at least is anyone at easybiz that can advise another QB partner that can assist. Easybiz is costing me money with loss of revenue. I never thought that an organization could be so bad. I still have had now response. Please can I apply for a refund.

This is a Scam we have tried since January 2020 to cancel this service they keep on deducting Money from us. We cant even stop it at the Bank. I am reporting them to the financial Ombudsman you can even access your own profile and after countless of call and facebook messages this does not work I am sorry to say stay away from Quickbooks Online including their South African Affiliate.
