Went to Clearwater especially to to buy a bag there. I had just sanitized and washed my hands. I saw the bag I wanted and was about to pick it up and buy it when the sales lady came up to spray me without asking I said no thank you. She said it's store policy so I walked out and they lost my sale. As I was leaving the other lady looked at me and shouted are you crazy. Yes I am crazy I don't want to sanitize my hands till they bleed and I don't enjoy being bullied by rude staff. I went upstairs to discount my fashion and bought a bag because they actually spoke to me like I'm a customer.

Great sales experience from the Frasers team today. I bought a too large suitcase, which I took back to exchange for two smaller suitcases. No hassles..just friendly service.

The worst possible customer service. I walked into the store and got more accomplished in 5 minutes by talking to their suppliers directly than they did In 2 weeks. Absolutely no help . Dont listen to your instructions, dont listen to what you actually need, just do what they think you might want before you even finish your sentence.

Although the store has a wide range of bags, customer service is at an all time low at this Fraser's branch. Upon entering to return two bags I had bought I received judgemental and unhelpful looks from the staff. Whether this be to my young age of 19 or the pure fact that they lack service skills is beyond me. I could not return my items as I was told I could only return the bag at another branch as they did not have cash on hand (this was said to me in a very rude fashion with an uninterested look upon the staff's faces)... No other attempt was made to help me in this regard, I was simply brushed off and sent away. Customer service should be a core quality to any business and this branch needs a serious upliftment in that department.
