I was one step away from back surgery when I went to Greenside Physio. From living with debilitating pain every day, thinking that surgery was my only option, I'm now able to walk, sleep and live my life in comfort. It is a long road and you have to do the work - keep going for treatment, do your exercises etc - but I'm now at a point where I can manage this rather than suffer from it. Rado and Victoria are simply great; they are very encouraging and really take the time to understand and work with their patients to get the best results.

After going to a GP in June 2019, had ultrasound and xrays done on my shoulders, referred to a specialist, received cortisone injections which brought little relief, surgery on the shoulder was recommended. I did some research and opted for the less invasive option of physio therapy and looked for a physio that was prepared to work with me. I had my first consult at Greenside Physio in September 2019 to treat the Frozen shoulder (aka Adhesive Capsulitis) a disorder that causes pain, stiffness, and loss of normal range of motion in the shoulder. Depending on the severity, Frozen shoulder can be extremely debilitating. Rado set clear expectations upfront in terms of the treatment as well as the expected duration. After approx 9 months of physio I am back to normal and continue to do the recommended exercises from Victoria. They are a great team that put the patient first and I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

I have suffered with tension headaches, scoliosis and discs that have shifted in my neck while pregnant . Rado and Victoria have assisted me greatly with pain as well as treating the problem. They are always willing to accommodate me even if it’s outside hours when I am in severe pain and they also embark on a rehabilitation program through exercise and Pilates which allows the patient to regain and build strength once again . They are also at medical aid rates. Best physio I have been to and so pleasant to visit !

I have been going to Viktoria and Rado for close on to 3 years now to treat my scoliosis. I feel a huge difference after every session. The exercises really help and there has finally been an improvement in my back after being at the hands of many specialists over the years. The methods used by Viktoria and Rado really work. When I have pain I make an appointment and get the right treatment. On top of this they do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home.

I have been an althlete and sports coach for most of my adult life and have sustained many different types of injuries. About 6 months ago, I had occasion to seek advice on a nagging knee injury which had bothered me for many years. I visited Rado & Victoria and Rado undertook a very thorough examination and prescribed a treatment program. His explanations were simplistically explained and the subsequent results were more than I could ever have hoped for. I recently had a nasty fall, and injured my ribcage, shoulder and again the knee. Again Rado examined the injuries and without having to undertake any x-rays, scans or sonars, he was able to make a decisive diagnosis and prescribed treatment. After only one session my pain and discomfort was greatly reduced thankfully. If my personal experiences are any measurement of good ethics and integrity, this amazing practice must carry my unequivocal support and they come highly recommended.
