The worst service I got in my entire life, Jan Els is a disgrace of a service manager, takes him 5 months to fix a truck and had to get in another company to fix his work. they have absolutely no idea what is going on. the entire workshop is standing around doing nothing and Jan hides in his office. does not communicate with anyone. Communication is maybe one thing someone forgot to show him how to use. asks for a proof of payment then says no the money must show first after he receives the proof. they have NO client service. WELLDONE HINO WEST RAND YOU GUYS NOW SET A BAR ON HOW WE MEASURE KAK CLIENT SERVICE

i sent in my truck for repairs i waited 5 months for them to start working on my truck after they started working on my truck they mailed me a quote for R80k They then mailed me a quote for R200k after they made a mistake and damaging the engine this cost them to replace a new engine that i ended up paying if you phone the branch the do not follow up and get back to you when we we went to the office the service manger claimed he is in meeting while hiding in the office trying to avoid the problem Baie kak diens
