I'm having a horrible experience right now (26/02/2020 @20:04). The bus delayed by an hour at JHB Parkstation waiting for a standby drive. Now the bus has a problem, we stuck here(Grasmere Toll plaza) waiting for another bus. There's no communication / updates from the drivers. I regret myself, I should have looked at the reviews before buying the ticket.. Today you witnessing all these low rating reviews, their are true.

19th March 2021 my trip to Durban. What a disappointment. Bus was delayed by 2 hours. Finally on the bus at 12-00 to discover that the bus was fully loaded and the only seat available had no leg space. What a uncomfortable ride for eight hours. Will never use them again. Coming back from my relaxing holiday just to find out that our bus was replaced by some unknown bus service. Toilet so dirty and smelly that you just could not use it. Bus stops in Villiers for diesel and had not enough funds available to pay for the diesel. Again the bus was delayed for two hours. Try to phone them to find out there number has changed. Will never use them again.
What an awful morning. Booked a bus for my mom and daughter scheduled to depart at 08:30 from Benoni to Harrismith and at exactly 11:30 we are still waiting for the bus. Their numbers are not going through and the communication we are getting that there is a technical problem. How I wish I could have read up these reviews before I booked a bus. What an inconvenience. Never again
I don't usually write reviews unless the experience was bad. But after the hell fire I survived that was eagle coaches I have to say Intercity xpress was seamless and effecient. Bus left in time. And arrived safely 20min early in joburg. Will definitely use this service if I have tl take a bus again
On the 30th march 2021, I booked a bus trip from Johannesburg ( edenvale) firstly the bus was few minutes late but the driver was so helpful and friendly until we got too Heidelberg and we had to stop because we were told that the bus was giving problems and its not safe for us to travel with it. We waited almost 2hrs for the second bus to come which was so full and the seating was terrible, me having a toddler with me she also suppose to have her own seat but everyone refused to give us space. The second bus driver was extremely rude, he was not even helpful at all, everyone had to carry their own luggage and put it the bus! Not sure if he was also under the influence of alcohol as we noticed that something was not right, as we got closer to Montrose the bus started going off the road, not sure if he was falling asleep or what! Then he tells us that the bus is not working right and he did inform the office about it.. We all noticed something was not right, me getting worried as I have my two kids with me and they are still young to be put in danger like that. The bus was moving very slowly, eventually it was a relief to us as we got to the Montrose garage we knew we will be safe for some time while the mechanic sorted out the bus! Also the bus drivers need to check all customers before allowing them on the bus, as we had a guy on the bus who was under the influence of alcohol and his behavior was terrible! The toilets were terrible due to this drunk guy. And the driver did not tell him anything. Please I advise everyone if you want to be safe and know you can be alive and arrive safely to your destination, please do not travel with this bus..the air-conditioning was not even working properly.. My experience was terrible, sad to say, but everyone needs to know the service that we get when travelling!

I should have went to review first before I bought the ticket I've been at the bus pick up point about 1hr 30 still the bus doesn't show up... Sadly writing this and I'm still waiting for it no show up
If I could rate this -1 stars I would. Disgusting service. Very poor ! Bus is 3 hours late. I’m still waiting, it is currently 23:23pm . Bus was suppose to arrive at 20:45pm. I’m sitting out in the cold. Never ever using this bus again!!!!!!!
