The decor and set-up is perfect and the massages good. Unfortunately the tranquil 'spa-feel' is lost because of the staff speaking loudly to each other. The space is also poorly managed with the toilet being without toilet paper, a dirty bathroom, therapists being unprepared and running out during the massage to go fetch stuff. If you come here to take advantage of the reasonable prices, just note that you will be expected to tip which pushes the price up to other spas where you can actually get the 'spa-feel'

My wife and I had booked some days in advance for a sport massage after a 21km race. We were looking forward to this and as we walk-in we were asked to wait on a bench in front of an empty juice bottle, then asked if we had a booking. The lady informed us they had no space for us then suggested we must have booked at one of their other branches, which was not the case (I even checked my cellphone records). They had just taken two walk-in clients without checking their bookings and given them our spot. The lady then she suggested we drive to another branch down the road; I had to ask her to call them so as to ensure they had a spot for the two of us, they did not. So we did what was left to do, leave, with the lady obviously not understanding why we were upset, not trying to find a solution. Just plain ridiculous.
