What a truly refreshing experience dealing with the owner and operator of this company, Franck, who is not only courteous, polite and punctual, but technically-competent and methodical. My refrigeration issue was attended to by Franck within two hours of my call on 15 October 2018, and repairs made within an hour after the required spares were purchased and fitted at an exceptionally reasonable fee.
