The service in this place is appalling, I have been there all morning in the rain only to be assisted at 14:00 when I started complaining, The baby clinic should not be making parents stand in the line the whole day in the rain with a very rude security lady's thinking they run the place. I have never in my life experienced such . Someone needs to resolve this matter with urgency because I will take this issue higher. Our children will get covid at that clinic.

I was the first patient in the queue at the baby clinic I was told by the nurse to go to the back of the queue just because it's not my date she didn't want to know why I didn't bring the baby on the date allocated. Shameful the way we treat each other as black people.

Huge improvement,great service!. 6wks mom and baby visit was the best, thorough checks - better than the service we get at private health care centres at 6wks . The sister on duty didn't take a single break by 14:00 when I left the clinic because she wanted to make sure she attends to all moms and babies before she knocks off . So very committed, the sister who did pap smear was absolutely awesome, same as the one who tests for HIV. All so calm and kind. Keep it up
