I was helped by Zoe at the Illovo branch on the 26th November 2020. Was then advised that the bra will be shipped from their Durban branch. Then it was lost in transit and was asked to pay extra for a bra that will only be available in Jan 2021, of course I didn’t because all this mess was not my fault. It’s now Feb 2021 and I’m told a bra should arrive by the 5th Feb. I will update you....worst service ever!

I was assisted by the Beautiful Chwayita. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I got the best bras ever. The advises she gave about taking care of the bra, washing,fitting were much appreciated. Oh I also got a sports bra it is the best sports bra ever, comfortable holding everything together, I would jump in that bra the whole day . Thank you

I was initially a little nervous about the prospect of a one-on-one bra fitting appointment; but at the same time excited at the prospect that hopefully I would finally find my right size bra and type. Being large busted I have a struggle finding decent bras. I was met at the door by Sane who was beautifully dressed and someone who immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. She is from their Kloof branch, but was training two young ladies - one to take over the Illovo branch as a fitter, and the other for the Pretoria branch. She first asked whether I minded the presence of one of her trainees during the fitting, and I certainly felt that i could say "no" if I wished. I chose to allow the young lady to be present. At no time did they make me feel self-conscious or uncomfortable, and Sane was in no rush to find a bra that might be just okay. She wanted to find me the right style and fit - which she did. My two new bras are now on order and I ought to be able to collect them in about 4 to 6 weeks. Most professional! Thank you Sane!
