Continues bad experiences with Mango. Pathetic customer relations. Pathetic in general.

Unreliable and unhelpful. Makes changes without any notification and prejudices customers without taken accountability. Would’ve give 0 stars if I could.

Worst experience I had with any airline. Wont use them ever again. Flight to and from CPT - JHB was delayed. No excuses or explanation was were offered. Even the captain said he cant explain why the flight is delayed by 1 and a half hours. Flight attendants were rude. Arrived in JHB 22:00 when we were scheduled to arrive around 21.00. Had to wait almost an hour to get out baggage. And still no answers. Only gave 1 star because I have to

Absolutely awful experience flying with mango. Staff have bad attitude toward customers, even so far as to discriminate. Definitely not worth the time or the money. Spend a little more and you'll have a much happier flight. Will never use mango again after the experience I had.

Flew Jhb Cpt and Bags did not arrive After 8 hours still dont know whats going on 50 Calls to lost property unanswered No management available No one cares No one worries Tax payer can pay more tax to run our inefficiencies Why must we fix our problems Treat the customers as third class citizens Why must we let them know whats going on They must just wait for their bags It takes hard work to let them know the progress Why must I do anything I will still get my cheque My shareholder is the government I am protected Just make cheap fares and the taxpayer can pay in our billions of shortfall Our ticket was only 400.00 less than Kalula so why should we work hard to fix it when we loose baggage

Great airline friendly staff Good experience between Durban & Capetown

An experience that taught me the company hides behind it's policies to protect itself and leaves it's passengers exposed to thieves. Very distasteful.
