Online Orders Experience over past years Pros: - Website e-commerce transactions quick safe & secure - Competitive Prices - Datasheets are mostly on website - Rarely have stock issues. Refunds made to me within 48hrs - Issues resolved & rectified in timely manner - Delivery fee is reasonable - Good generic alternatives available for JST connectors for example - Quality products - Order History quickly viewable Cons: - Website is very very very old & dated - No way to selectively filter results by range, tolerance etc - Can't filter out NON-STOCK items so you really need to trawl - Item descriptions mostly not detailed and may lack pertinent data - Not all items have datasheets available - Searching requires much patience as you learn magic key words to get what you need but often omits important results so several attempts required - May not stock or have competitively priced Hobbyist trending items - Small / Low resolution images - Ordered search results include non-stock / call in sprinkled around - No PDF invoicing (standard practice now) for easy tax documentation

I placed an order online yesterday and first issue I couldn't pay with my credit card it said system failed so I sent sales an email, which they responded to very quickly and said I should do an eft which I did using my standard bank account into ManTech's standard bank account so that the funds would be cleared straight away and I paid the delivery charge. I then sent the proof of payment at 12:23 to Claudette and asked when would my items be delivered as on the invoice it says 1-2 days delivery, up until now now one has responded to me after I have sent many emails enquiring when will my items be Delivered, my web O/N: 103729

If they upped their customer service they'd be market leaders. Service at front desk is slow and helpfulness from some tellers is slow and unenthuisiastic. If I were manager here I'd run the place differently. I'd hire the right people at the front desk, and keep customers well informed. It's good though, leaves a gap for their competitors to do even better than them.
