We are extremely impressed by Medi Response! A team of 4 paramedics arrived after a woman was knocked over by a car. The paramedics treated both the patient and the driver with RESPECT and kindness. One paramedic (do not remember her name) was particularly professional and asked her colleagues to inform the patient about RAF. This paramedic also ensured that the scene was calm and that the patient was treated with dignity. (My only suggestion would be that the patient was helped onto the stretcher as she did not know how to orientate herself on it )

Today I stopped to assist a patient who had collapsed, she was not on a medical aid and needed urgent medical attention, the team from Medi Response were so caring and professional and assisted the patient for all the right reasons. I saw reckless driving of one of your vehicles today, at the corner of 6th and Glenhove at 18:36. A Hi-Lux cut dangerously across a busy intersection in front of oncoming traffic, when the oncoming car hooted at the medi response vehicle, the driver hooted back in anger!? This was not an emergency situation.
