I am still receiving bad customer service from Mellins. My medical aid settled my account and I was refunded the amount that I have already paid, however twice a month I still receive an sms that I owe them. I call and every time they PROMISE TO call be back and they NEVER do. MELLINS YOU HAVE BAD AFTER CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
