In response to the above reply by posting my personal details on a public forum you are in violation of the POPI Act and are therefore committing a criminal offence for which you can be charged. Secondly I have settled three-quarters of the above amount and am now up to date. If you had done your job you would know that. Thirdly you were paid to get me out of debt review and have done absolutely nothing in that regard. In light of the above I demand a refund for services paid for, but not rendered. Failure to comply will result in legal action. As it is you have already been reported to the National Credit Regulator for investigation as you have not even bothered to follow due process.

I was scammed when i went the then i was told my credit score is low for a loan then the lady called tshidi and the guy called innocent said i should pay R1300 fir them to increase my credit score then since 2months ddnt receive any loan everytime i ask them they say it is stiĺl being processed and they dont wana give my R1300 refund , so i have been scammed.

My wife went to them for debt consolidation. They took R12500 with no proof of anything being done. When we contacted ITC they said that they haven't received anything. Repeated requests for proof that they were processing the necessary documentation were ignored. We requested a refund as nothing has been done and they refused. They are con artists and theives. Don't waste your time and money with these people
