Good Day I would like to take this opportunity to thank Amon Mosekwana, a client Liaison Clerk from MIFA, the motor Industry Fund Administrators (Pty) Ltd. His service, mannerism and telephone etiquette were out of this world. This company is experiencing exceptionally high call volumes and Amos was poised, patient and very kind. It was a real pleasure to deal with this man. I would like to compliment you Amon Mosekwana. Your excellent service that you provided me today left me with a smile on my face. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will remember you for the rest of my life because good customer service is very hard to come by. At the end of the day. I have come to believe More then half of your staff are not doing they jobs WORSE when they are being payed salaries from the money which the members are contributing and at the end of the day they delay claims for the people for have worked many years for it .your MIFA staff must learn to answer calls,give feedback to clients.reply to emails , learn to give progress to clients waiting for the claims.hope next year who ever is in charge of staffing must train the STAFF AGAIN OR FIRE WHO ARE NOTCompetent ENOUGH.ANYway l would like to THANK RADESH MAHARAJ AND HASSEN ALLY for getting the job done .hands off to you. Those 5 stars are for you 2

Been waiting from July 2020 to be paid my money... I really am tired of emailing and calling you people over and over regarding my money that should be paid to us when claimed... All docs where send through and I was told it takes 6 weeks to be paid... It's now been 7 months!!! Still no payment why should we have to email or call you for our money?? Submit docs... Process payment and do the eft... It's that simple ... This is really unprofessional that a big organization that handles hard working people's money to behave like this.. I'm just gona hand this over as I'm tired of wasting my time and money on you guys...no one returns our emails.. No one answers our calls... We call and hold on for 15-20 min then eventually get cut of... Seems like no one is gona help us... You don't even deserve this one star rating!!!

Terrible service as calls are not answered and emails are not responded to. If they cannot even manage customer services, how can the possibly manage your funds?

Good Day I have submitted a claim about two months ago and I get zero correspondence my emails are ignored. No one answers the phone it's is very frustrating very very poor customer service. I just want my money it's not rocket science it has been processed but they never paid me the money it takes literally one minute to do the eft. Please assist me I have been waiting very long for my money Thanks
