I ordered from your branch today a chicken Shawarma and chicken sandwich. the toasted sandwich was burned the swarma was only filled in the middle and the sides were completely dry and empty. I wasted my money, you should have advised that you no longer had the contents needed to do a nice shwarma than to accept an order and completely mess it up. I ordered a HOT shwarma and the sticker on the packaging said HOT but it tasted like herb and lemon. I don't understand like reali than my order gets to me 45 mins later after it was collected from the restaurant and the food was completely cold. I dont understand how this branch works.

To ordered a beef shawarma and a gourmet beef burger yesterday’s day the quality was so bad the beef from the shawarma was stale and very hard. The avo in the beef burger was old. I don’t understand why they just don’t sell products if they’re old. What a waste
