Took in a new lawn mower (R2250) with a minor problem and it cost me more than R900. A full service would have been R650. I just wanted a diagnoses and a solution. They did not communicate the cost to fix the mower after they found an issue. So on pick up of the lawnmower I got stuck with a big bill. I would have like them to havecommunicated the issue ans the cost to solve it before doing it. Make sure you ask them the exact pricing to fix each problem you have.
