Sorry to say I hate this usless tracking company. We lost a life in my family because them,dragging their legs. Ur attitude stinks,all of the staff members. We lost our expensive car without any recovery. I have a lot to tell & I just don't on which mountain to climp to tell the whole about ur poor service.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service and incompetence received from this company! They illegally debited over 6months off my account after I sold a vehicle. After contacting and speaking to Patience and a number of other staff I had zero resolution. Spoke to Thato Mmola a manager a number of times that said he would resolve things, which was a lie! Received a call from Rajan from accounts, he promised he would refund by a week, two months later I’m still waiting! I even threatened to get my lawyer involved back then which had zero result. Honestly with Netstar every single time I’ve had to resolve to sort something out I’ve had nothing but issues! Don’t use them there are far better companies in SA like Tracker with far better customer service!
A zero star rating. My tracking service device stopped working 12 days ago, and due to lockdown they will not repair the device now. I called client care, and they say due to lock down they only take emails. I emailed asking for cancellation of my service. They respond calling me "Riki" and say: "Due to the national lockdown and respecting all laws and regulations we will only be able to contact you after 16 April 2020." I have been a client of netstar for 6 years and they don't even know my name.

Tried to sign up with them to install a tracker on my new vehicle, held on for 48min and gave up.
Forgot to bring my chip with me and the response time I’m calling myself and my emergency contact was great when I started my vehicle ! Love this service so much ! I feel much safer leaving my car unattended
