A very modern facility with extremely competent staff. I was treated with the greatest of respect from the moment I arrived until I left. The systems used are the most modern I've seen and the evaluation process is structured and well paced.

I for one cannot understand how a company of this nature is still in business. Firstly any good company knows that psychometric assessment are so outdated and inaccurate. The fact that corporate companies still use this type of assessment is beyond me. Surely companies need to have robust interviews that are strictly aligned to their business. Psychometric shows no value and should honestly not be used to access any candidate.
