Went to order my usual boss pizza, but could order from mall of the south branch, so had to order from this branch, delivery time 30min, and hour and a half later, no delivery. When I called to fund out even the main office couldn't get through to the branch, they gave me the shops cell number, 9 calls later no response, 3 sms and still response. Not even a day later an apology or anything. Pizza hut you need to send an area manager to sort this shop, they are ruining your brand image.

Dont have a problem with Pizza hut . Just collected but was harrased by a begger in the restraunt. I dont have a problem giving but on my terms. Wont collect again.

I am utterly disappointed in this restaurant, I ordered a sweet chilli pizza on the Mr D App and specifically selected the COLLECT option. When I got to the restaurant to collect my order which has already been paid for on the App, it has apparently been given away to someone else and on top of that I have to wait for management who should have been in the restaurant to deal with this query. At this point I'm fuming as I'm still in the restaurant waiting on the manager on my shift hours. Worst experience ever.

Enjoyed their pizza. Try their chicken strips: Way better than other fast food outlets. It actually doesn't taste like cardboard and was pleasantly juicy.

I ordered Tikka Chicken and they decided to give me chicken and mushroom. I didn't notice till I reached home.

I went into the store today to order and the last assisted me so well even helped wheny daughter got sick and she was so sweet and helpful and the slip says her name is Nombuso

Waited 45min for two pizzas which I ordered online for collection. Lady at counter also not very friendly or keen to help customers. Second time I got bad service from this branch.
